Anger is an emotional state that varies from irritation to intense rage, which can be caused by
both internal and external events. Anger is naturally expressed through aggression, which can be
directed towards friends or loved ones depending on how well it is managed. Unexpressed anger
can also lead to passive-aggressive behavior or a hostile personality.
Anger management is intended to reduce the physical and emotional aspects caused by anger. I
teach people how to control their reactions to stressful circumstances or grief. This session gives
clients the ability to vocalize and find solutions to their needs.
